What we build to

Four things that decide how the product behaves

01

A held document stays out of the books

In most software, approval is a status field: the document posted the moment somebody typed it, and approving it later changes a label. In tBiz a document waiting on a decision is held out of the accounts entirely — not in the trial balance, not in the P&L, not in the party ledger, not in cash flow — until a person with the right to say yes says yes.

02

Real double entry, not a ledger-shaped report

Every document in the system lands on a posted voucher across eight voucher types. The day book, trial balance, P&L and balance sheet are read from those entries rather than assembled separately, which is why they agree with each other.

03

We would rather lose the sale than overstate the product

The feature list carries a section for what tBiz cannot do, including work that is built but not switched on. E-invoice IRN and e-way bill generate against the NIC schema but do not transmit, and no return is ever filed on your behalf. You should learn that here, not on the day you try to file.

04

Your records are yours

The business records you enter are processed only to run the service. We do not sell personal data and we show no third-party advertising.
