These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tBiz (the “Service”), provided by TelKo. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

tBiz provides accounting, invoicing, inventory, and related business-management tools, including optional messaging integrations such as WhatsApp. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your team members’ use of the Service.
You must comply with all applicable laws, including tax and data-protection laws, when using the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send spam, unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive messages, including via connected messaging integrations.
Violate the terms or policies of any third-party service you connect, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business policies.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.

4. Messaging integrations

If you connect WhatsApp or another messaging service, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your recipients and for complying with the third party’s rules, including messaging windows, template requirements, and rate limits. We are not responsible for messages blocked or accounts restricted by the third-party provider.

5. Plans and payment

Some features are offered under paid plans. Fees, limits, and billing terms are described on our pricing page. Paid features may be suspended for non-payment.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where appropriate.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. tBiz is a software tool and does not constitute professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TelKo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for conduct that harms the Service or other users.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
